
Braver Trainee Talent Acquisition is a global program of trainees which lasts 2 (two) years. It is designed to sharpen skills and develop competencies by advanced training, practices and work challenges, which will be supervised for our Board; also the trainees' performance and progress will be periodically assessed to ensure that they will be the future leaders of our business.
Coupled with the assessment, trainees will be evaluated by their technical performance and professional behavior as a whole by means of a global tool named Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP).
Moreover, the future managers will get into a job rotation to learn, in detail, about the business, jointly, they will develop a corporate project related to the Braver business. And so, their hiring is linked to their performance in the company, as well as their project feasibility.
