    Braver JR Talent Acquisition

    Braver JR Talent Acquisition is a global program of internship which lasts 2 (two) years. It is designed to sharpen your skills and develop your competencies by training, practices and work challenges, always advised by a professional and by our management team.

    In addition, the interns will be evaluated by their technical performance and professional behavior as a whole. Thus, to assess their progress will be used a global tool named Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP).

    Moreover, the interns will develop a corporate project related to the Braver business, and according their field of study. However, their hiring is linked to their performance in the company, as well as the project feasibility. Also, the academic performance will be monitored every semester.

    Braver Trainee Talent Acquisition

    Braver Trainee Talent Acquisition is a global program of trainees which lasts 2 (two) years. It is designed to sharpen skills and develop competencies by advanced training, practices and work challenges, which will be supervised for our Board; also the trainees' performance and progress will be periodically assessed to ensure that they will be the future leaders of our business.

    Coupled with the assessment, trainees will be evaluated by their technical performance and professional behavior as a whole by means of a global tool named Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP).

    Moreover, the future managers will get into a job rotation to learn, in detail, about the business, jointly, they will develop a corporate project related to the Braver business. And so, their hiring is linked to their performance in the company, as well as their project feasibility.

    Braver Professional Talent Acquisition

    Braver Professional Talent Acquisition is a global program aiming at renewing our business team keeping a fresh, modern and innovative spirit which we highly appreciate. This program is designed to hire talented and trained people - considering the Braver's technical patterns as a whole -, although they still have to develop few behavioral characteristics.

    However, these talented people will have their progress assessed by a tool named Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP).
